This week was another week with brainstorming on ideas about the treasury: Spending as well as sustaining income.

Moving forward on the policy of donations and working with projects that donate tokens: While nothing was decided, an initial statement will be put up to vote soon that will CoA (cover our asses) for now. This statement can be seen in the video at around the seven minute mark.
Action Items TO EXPLORE: from the brainstorming above:
qx() for the treasury statement: change 1% per week to 1% percent per price impact per week - fix and put it up for vote
tmr.erg - reach out to luivatra to see if tipper bot can incorporate a small fee each time for the sigs and twitter API.
Austen - check out the scene with influencers, perhaps make a list of med/low/high level people that we could start to reach out to. Probe the interest in giving them tokens for competitions that they can then sponsor with out help (instead of a huge payout to make a video).
tmr.erg - KYA Certification (essentially a certified by sigs service) - litepaper
HQ/qx - litepaper on private sigs test group (essentially a group that will private beta test things for projects with many users).
qx() - litepaper for sigmasupport (spreading out and assisting on the many platforms and chats, potential for collecting funds for support).
qx() - reach out to marty to see if sigs could get a % of token launches on the platform
